The project goal was to renovate science labs within 3 Chicago Public School High Schools.

The scope of work included upgrades to electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection, ADA compliance for entire space, casework installation, door & flooring replacement, lighting upgrades, painting of classrooms, technology upgrades and science lab specific design elements. 

JP Architects, Ltd. provides comprehensive architectural services, including pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, management of bidding and procurement and post-construction close-out and warranty services. JP Architects, Ltd. communicated with all stakeholders, attended multiple in-person weekly meetings, held phone conferences, responded to RFIs and submittals, analyzed shop drawings, developed punch lists and field reports, completed project specific forms and followed unique agency processes.
