A Community Space for Entrepreneurs, Students and Community Members to Invest in Themselves and Grow Their Businesses / IdeasJP Architects provided design services for the Business Growth and Innovation Center at Northeastern Illinois University. The renovation transformed a former parking office into a bright and welcoming community space for entrpreneurs, students and community members to focus on their businesses and ideas. This is part of a major investment by Governor Pritzker in these type of spaces across the state, committing over $37M to this initiative.
The space was designed to be flexible and contains work stations, meeting areas, a conference room, kitchen, and other modern amenities. Equipped with the latest technology, stakeholders can access the Business Growth and Innovation Center at no-cost.
