JP Architects, Ltd. designed the build-out of my optometry practice, Premier Family Vision Care. The old tenant for the building was an accounting practice. It was an unwelcoming, dark, 1980s office building. With JP Architects, Ltd. on the team we were able to transform the space into a modern, comfortable practice. They worked seamlessly alongside my interior designer. Additionally, JP Architects, Ltd. provided a solution for an ADA-compliant entrance ramp. It really added to the entire aesthetic we were trying to create at our practice. The exterior and interior are beautiful, and we are now ready to a staple of the Palos Heights business community for many years.

At all phases of the projects, JP Architects was responsive and in-tune with the needs of the project and budget and accommodating to all changes that were implemented during the design process. JP Architects was very responsive in communication with the project team, both the PMO group, the general contractor, and the school principals and engineers. JP Architects consistently produced deliverables complete and on schedule from design milestones to submittals and RFIs.

JP Architects is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of construction, design, contracts and applies these tirelessly to make the projects successful while adhering to schedules and budgets. They support their clients, hold the contractor accountable, attend every construction meeting and can be found on site several times a week.
