We were responsible for adapting the proposed program to the local location in Evergreen Park, IL and drafting permit and bid ready construction documents for the client. This required communication with the Evergreen Park Building Department to ensure designs accounted for all local, state and federal building and zoning requirements. Additionally, we provided construction administration services to ensure the project ran smoothly and on the proposed timeline. Most importantly, this franchisee had a local design professional to conduct impromptu in-person site visits or call to address specific design questions.
