Ariel Delao Joins JP Architects, Ltd. in Principal Role

JP Architects, Ltd. Continues to Expand Capabilities with Leadership-Level Addition

JP Architects, Ltd. recently strengthened our team and company capabilities with the addition of Ariel Delao as Principal and Vice President.

Delao brings more than 20 years of architectural experience to JP Architects, Ltd. Delao spent 20+ years honing his craft at a firm that specialized in restaurant design, hospitality and retail, and he looks forward to bringing new ideas and expertise to JP Architects, Ltd.

"Over the years, I've worked with some of the most recognizable brands - local, nationally and internationally," said Delao. "I look forward to bringing my knowledge of tenant build-outs / conversions, major new construction and renovations to JP Architects, Ltd."

JP Architects, Ltd. President Jose R. Pareja sees the addition of Ariel Delao as Partner as an investment in the future and the present.

"Over the last couple years, JP Architects, Ltd. has continued to grow and expand to the point where we currently hold contracts and have active projects with multiple government agencies and public institutions." said Pareja "This move will help us manage that workload, and it also aligns with our growth plan over the next five years."

Pareja and Delao are previous college classmates at University of Illinois at Chicago. They stayed in contact throughout their careers, and when the conversation around joining JP Architects, Ltd. surfaced, it seemed both plausible and attainable.

"In talking with Jose, I understood his growth plan for JP Architects, Ltd. over the next five years," said Delao. "At that moment, I realized JP Architects, Ltd. was a company I wanted to be part of. JP Architects, Ltd. is a growing firm who intends to make their mark in the architectural industry and I can't wait to use my experience to help the firm continue to reach their goals."

Pareja also weighed in.
